Royal Polymer incorporated with a single 80-ton injection moulding machine in 1995 from West Delhi.

Three additional injection moulding machines added with tonnage capacity upto 350T.
A tool room with five injection moulding machines was also set up.

Eight more injection moulding machines added with tonnage upto 650T.
ISO 9001-2008 certification was acquired.

Royal Polymer, a Proprietorship company upgraded with change in constitution & became a Private Limited company, it was renamed as Royal Plastocraft Private Limited in 2012.
A New factory was opened in Bahadurgarh (Haryana State) with total 20 Injection Moulding Machines from 130T to 850T.

Royal Plastocraft purchased 21,700 square meters of land in Ghiloth(Neemrana) for new Factory and expansion in 2019. Expansion also done in the Tool Room and added up Assembly Operations for FG Items for OEM’s.

Royal Plastocraft started Ghiloth factory operations in July 2021 with High Tonnage Injection Moulding Machines added from 1300T to 3000T for Bigger Parts and also started manufacturing Evaporative Air Coolers , signalling product diversification.
As a Black + Decker licensee partner, which was awarded in Dec. 2022- Royal Plastocraft plans to manufacture and sell Air Coolers, Water Heaters, and Water Dispensers pan India with an Industry experienced Sales Team on board operating from our newly opened Corporate Office at Gurugram.
